A little about myself.  I am originally from New Jersey and worked for high level executives in New York City for many years.  I then met my husband on a blind date, married and started a family while attending New York University and earned a B.A. in History.  I raised two children in Manhattan, managed a large household, assisted in my husband's business and chaired school benefits.  I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively throughout the United States and the world with my family.  Furthermore, I have gone through about 22 years of cognitive therapy which has given me insight, wisdom and empathy to cope with many life situations.  Like many of us, my marriage ended after many years and now I have dedicated the remainder of my journey to help others find healing, self-love, forgiveness and peace.
